Refund Policy 

We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing, change of mind (including styling issues), postage delays, promotional sales or cancellations of bookings. 

If you receive your rented item not as described or faulty, please contact us via email within 12 hours of delivery. If the item is faulty, you must provide images via email so that we can evaluate the discrepancy and correct the order for you.

If your rental item is never delivered to your address and is lost in transit, you will receive a full refund for your order.

Should any of the above rare instances occur, we will do our best to make things right with you and resolve the issue.

Modeste Dress Rentals is not liable for any delayed deliveries due to carrier service; we provide tracking information and the rest falls into carrier responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

In the event a Customer cancels their rental apparel order, the “Pay Now” amount is non-refundable.

Try-On Service Policy

As this is an online business, we do understand that sizing/styling issues may occur for Customers that elect to rent an apparel without trying on the apparel beforehand. Full descriptions and approximate, not exact, measurements of the apparel are included on our website. It is your responsibility to ensure you have measured yourself and read through the apparel description prior to placing your rental order. All rental sales are final and no refunds will be issued for this occurrence. 

We do provide free virtual consultation appointments where Customers can request to see the product up close on video, and ask all necessary sizing questions to ensure that the desired apparel is an appropriate choice for each Customer. If a virtual consultation appointment is not possible for the Customer, there is an option to physically try on the apparel at our business location located in South Houston. Please contact us via our website, instagram, or email to book a try-on appointment with Modeste Dress Rentals.

If you experience a fit or style issue once you receive your rental item, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your item to arrange a style exchange. See below “exchanges/rescheduling policy” for additional information.

Exchanges/Rescheduling Policy

If a Customer would like to request an apparel or booking period date change, the original order will be cancelled and the “Pay Now” amount paid by the Customer will not be refunded. Please reach out to Modeste Dress Rentals with a description of your situation and we will try our best to help you out as much as we can.
